We booked this central hotel for its staff and food. Everyone was helpful in that property. Moreover, there was WiFi! Loved Pasteleria Las Nieves, it was so close to the hotel and offered nice treats...

the accommodation had everything we needed for our trip, we greatly enjoyed service and the food. lounge area was perfect for a breakfast. no reason to complain with the hotel. 5-star venue in caracas.
